Ben Lomond Essex County Virginia Circa 1735 – A Buyer’s Perspective

Recently, I received this beautiful recommendation from Craig and Zorine Shirley, who purchased Ben Lomond in Essex County, Virginia in the 4th quarter of 2014.  It is in the Top 10 of all property sales, in 2014 in the Middle Peninsula Region.  I represented the Sellers but have loved getting to know the buyers, Craig and Zorine. They have become cherished friends and are a dynamic couple, who will be amazing stewards of this crown jewel estate on the Upper Middle Peninsula of Virginia. The following is what they have written about me, which means so much on a professional and personal level.  This is who I am.

“Karin Andrews is unlike any realtor we’ve ever worked with before. What started out as a professional relationship quickly became a warm friendship. A kind and thoughtful woman, she is a person of remarkable talents who enthralled us with her working knowledge of Ben Lomond and all of Essex County. She is, in the words of the Old South, a truly Great Lady.”

Warmly,

Craig and Zorine Shirley
